Your Space Selection will be confirmed only upon receipt of this signed contract and guaranteed only upon receipt of a 25% deposit(non-refundable in case of cancellation). By this contract, we agree to abide by all the Exhibit Terms and Conditions on the reverse side hereof, and additions made thereto, of which we will be duly notified.We acknowledge that the exhibit fee(s)DO NOT include: a) Drayage of materials on the exhibit floor, b)Setting up and/or dismanting any exhibit, c)Extended storage prior to or after the show, and d)Equipment,services, etc. required by Exhibitor and not indicated in Terms and Conditions on the reverse side as provided by show Management. Such work and/or Services are to be contracted for between the exhibitor and the official designated decorator.
